Tour Introduction
This trek gives you the grand tour of the famous Khumbu area. This is a strenuous trek leading to Gokyo Lake and over the Cho La Pass at 5330m leading into the Khumbu valley above Lobuje. The trail continues up to Kalapattar and then back to Lukla
Travel Itinerary
Day 01: Fly Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2610mtrs/8563ft).
Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft)
Day 03: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar.
Day 04: Trek to Tengboche(3860m/12664ft).
Day 05: Trek to Dingboche(4410m/14468ft).
Day 06: Acclimatization day at Dinbuche.
Day 07: Trek to Lobuje(4910m/16108ft).
Day 08: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5363m/17595ft) and back to Gorekshep(5153m/16906ft).
Day 09: Hiking up Kalapathar(5545m/18192ft) and overnight at Zongla (4710m/15453ft).
Day 10: Trek to Thagna(4500m/14764ft) via the Chola-la cross(5420m/17782ft).
Day 11: Trek to Gokyo (4790m/15715ft).
Day 12: Hiking upto Gokyo Ri (5483m/1983ft) and trek down Marhhermo((4,480m/14,246ft).
Day 13: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft).
Day 14: Trek down to Lukla (2804m/8490ft).
Day 15: An early morning flight back to Kathmandu.
Trip Cost Includes
